The Managing Partner of Xavina Consulting Ltd, Ms Catherine I. Kadiri, has over 15 years HR experience in the private and governmental sectors in the UK and also worked in the telecommunications industry in Nigeria. She holds a MSc. in Human Resource Management and Diploma in Employment Law degree from the Robert Gordons University (UK). She is Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK)and Development (UK) and the an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM, Nigeria)

She has extensive expertise in HR and in particular, conflict resolution coaching staff in the development of skills, training and development, employee relations, HR policy development and processes.

She is fully conversant with current employment laws both in Nigeria and the UK, and has a deep understanding of driving a commercial HR approach to business. Her favorite slogan is Organisations don’t change, people change them Wouldn’t you rather give us this opportunity to close this HR gap in your organization

Ms Catherine Ilamosi Kadiri runs an Instagram page – @CK speaks HR where she provides relevant & implied HR Advisory Services and solutions to SMEs’ & MSMEs’.
